I just want to check in, it is kinda late and my birthday is in 15 min, just another year older. I am going to go too the mall with sister and treat myself to a birthday gift. I am so dying for a smoke, it has been 2 hard days, I will not give in too temptation. I am not going to think about the casino or the smelly cigarette that I crave right now. I will take one day at a time and one hour at a time, and just for today I will not gamble nor smoke. Take Care everyone I will check back in and catch up on everyones journals soon. GoodNight,Mindy
