It is sleeting or freezing where I live, I am in work though, hopefully it will end by the time Ieave, I reailly hate this weather, but I know alot of people are dealing with worse weather right now, I wish everyone a safe and gambling free day, and for everyone I have not heard from heard I hope everyone is ok. I will check back later. I actually felt better from not smoking for a few days, it was good feeling to wake up and breath again, I just have to put my mind to this and do this. I will try not to stress out for stupid reasons. Well I guess I should do some real work now.Everyone have a nice day , Hugs.Mindy

Mindy you are taking charge of yourself! This is wonderful, you are changing things that you want to change in your life...again day by day. I am so proud of you. Giving up smoking in the winter is difficult. You can do this.
