Good Morning,I am at work right not, just wishing it was time to go, I will have GF free day and start all over from day 1 , since I screwed up last night, this I will succeed, I need to start taking care of myself and stop being stupid and realize between right and wrong. I will be starting school again in two weeks and I need to focus on everything and my school work that I will have, I am only about 20 credits away from my bachelors degree. I need to stop being so stupid, and realize that there is lot more important things than the casino. I will check back in later. Take Care,Mindy

Remember day 1 leads to day 2 and on and on. School will be good for you -- the crowd at school has positive goals in mind -- the crowd at the casino lives in a make believe world of addiction.

Remember that you are not stupid, you are addicted! There is a huge difference. You can\'t change what you have done in the past, you can only move forward and be in control of what you do today.
