I have been very busy at work, so I did not have time to check in. I would like to say hi to all my friends here. I will not gamble today. I did not gamble for almost 11 days now. It is hard but I keep telling myself that I can beat this. Right now it is very quiet at work so I decided to write in my journal. So just for today I will not gamble. One day at a time.
