Wishing a merry Christmas to all, Just thinking how smoothly everything was going until. yesterday when every dam thing went wrong, and then trying to sort things out over the phone. In England you dont gt to talk to real people It all press this button that button to answer this or that an then you get cut off.Everyhing is done to save companies and banks money.  No real customer service, the only time you get through right away is  to the sales department.They wonder why everyone is drinking too much, Its to cope with all the costant pressure and new laws and regulations for everything. I dont know what its like in the USA but in Europe you can't even change any electrics in your own home without some certificate.Kings college Hospital runs a support group for liver sufferer's I may join ,but dont really want to sit around if I turn out to be like an AA meeting.Just writing this helps calm me down, but why does s#it always come in three's This is just the time I would hit the PUB but its a cup of tea now! Thinking of you all at ChristmasLostonrye
