So much to say..and it's late...I have been clean since 9/20/05. I am now getting a divorce because of my gambling...my wife never tried to recover from me. I just one week ago stopped chairing a GA meeting every week 9 straight months....the 12th step is the most important and getting involved keeps you in the program...you have to make meetings. My gambling was the last in a series of addictions I've always been able to beat...This one os BIG. But anyone can do it...MAKE MEETINGS.....DO THE 12 STEPS.....TAKE IT ONE DAY AT A TIME...OR ONE HOUR AT A TIME OR TEN MINUTES AT A TIME....Anyone needs to talk...call me 405-706-3474...I will try to talk to you or call back ASAP.

Heard a former sponsor was not doing well...over 4 yrs clean.. Was able to call and hear everything was alright.It could have taken medown if he had slipped. I tend to get too close to those recovering with me..double edged sword. They can relapse but you can\'t forsake y0ur recovery on their actions...very hard though..recovery has to be a bit selfish.
