Hey AllSad to tell you but I've gain 3 lbs. Not sure how but I'm having a hard time keeping it off. Yesterday I went to the doctor and he thinks I still have bronchitis and also asthma and allergies. So he gave me a antibiotic and told me to be sure to use my puffer I said ok thanks. He order more blood work and order a pulmonary profile. I have the profile done on march 12th and see lung doc again on the 28th of march. So I got that done. I walk to my car, drove home, walk up steps had to sit down a few and then went to change clothes and went to computer and I was breathing hard. I got some reading done on my school work and then went to bed early. Today I woke up at 830 got up took all my meds and chatted on the computer by 1000 my legs were hurting and I went back to bed just as I got settle mom called so I talk to her and then got woken up and got up. I arrange bills together and going to write out some checks and send them out and when they call now tell them the stupid money is coming to them and stop calling me.I do have a smiley today and soon it will be a month. Paying bills will sort of clean some of my desk. I went by dads to go to doc yesterday and I hated going by his house.Anthony went to get his check for the time he work and going to get some stuff done to his truck. He ask for help to pay for it and being a mom I couldn't say no. He needs a tire, brakes and oil change and he needs this done to be able to work when they call. He said he may have another job line up so praise the Lord. Thank you God. I ate some dinner that Rhonda made and then I did remember my puffer at 10.

You could have eaten something that was high in sodium and it could be water weight so don\'t give up! Your \'puffer\' probably has steriods which is also doesn\'t help you loose weight so don\'t get down on yourself for that. Just get better!

You gotta be consistant with the asthma meds. And mak could be right. A lot of the asthma drugs have steroids in them, and that can cause weight gain. If it does have a steroid, make sure you rinse your throat after you take it. You can get a nasty yeast infection in your mouth or throat. Not fun. Trust me. Congrats on getting the bills done. And remember, losing weight is a life style change and not a temporary fix. So some fluctuation is bound to happen.

Just a question, Tennessee. Do you have problems at all with severe acid reflux? It\'s important to know if this is a big problem. Just wondered. Goliad
