Hey AllWell today I have 7 days before I celebrate 13 years. I'm still waiting for results of my test. My worse worry that it will be tumors in my lungs. 13 years ago my cancer doc said it would come back in brain or lungs. He suggested a chest x ray every year. Well I was 6 years late. But now I'm hoping for the best. Holding close to God and praying for his will to be done. I have a smiley today even though truthfully my legs hurt to much. I broke down and took a pain pill which isn't good but it makes my legs feel better just don't wont to get addicting to them. Well I guess thats enough whining. I'm smiling that Anthony may get a job. Hopefully he will get a job soon. Well I hope everyone has a pain free day. Love ya all and thanks for the prayers they make a differnce. LoveRobin

You won\'t get addicted because you take a pain pill occassionally. I take 6 pain pills every single day. I may be physically dependent on them, but I am NOT addicted. Addiction causes destructive behavior. This is my motto: Chronic pain patients take pain meds so they can participate in life. Addicts take pain meds so they can escape from life. That sums it up and identifies the difference clear as day!!!

I will be praying also that your X-rays come back good, 13 years is awesome, My Mother and Father both were cancer surviors, Mom had extensive throat cancer, and cervical cancer, Dad, had colon and postrate, It is a long haul though, and I imagine the fear of it returning is always there, But with technology improving everyday it is so much easier to find and treat it,Try and stay positive sweetie, I think that helps alot, And don\'t worry bout the pain meds if you use them properly they can be very helpful , in my opinion, Not to say you can\'t get addicted, I have to use mine or I would not be able to function daily, Is your hubby\'s name Anthony ? thats my hubbys name but we call him Tony, remember positive thinking, I call it NO STInCKeN THInKeN
