Hey AllI'm up early but had a pretty good sleep. I'm smiling this morning how about anyone else. Pain is not bad but I do feel like smiling. I hope everyone else is having a pain free day. Love ya all Robin

Good to see you smiling and low pain level.I am smiling too,pain about a 4 so not too bad.I am mostly happy because i have lost 10 lbs this week,just by healthy eating!!!.yippeee.......lol
