Well today is another headache day. Joey went to get groceries. Hubby went hunting and I slept as much as possible. The headaches get me down but I'm not stopping. Only thing that really work is hard drugs and I anint going there not after having only 12 days now for a year. I'm going to keep busy today and take naps. Sometimes I wish I were one to take naps. At least I would have relief from the pain when I slept. But it\'s not to be. I\'ve never been able to sleep in durning the day.

Go to a quiet, dark place, close your eyes and think about your most favorite place. A nice hot soak and nice snuggly p.j.s are also helpful. Be well, Debbie
