Having a hard time especially with the holidays and everything. I am in counseling, suggestion is to maybe try anti-depressant medication. Has anyone tried and if so any help?. I know everyone is different but would just like some feedback. I so much want to be with my husband, I feel I not only can't go on but don't want to. The only thing that is keeping me here is my 2 grown children and my beautiful grandaughter. I have never ever been alone. Since the age of 15 been walking and going thur everything together. From the times when we didn't have enough money for heat, to struggling thru starting up and running a business, to finally  purchasing our home at the age of 40, to being able to take a few trips, and to looking forward to spending time just with each other. We always said we were going to grow old together. Wasn't in the plans and yes, I am mad as He--. He was a good, hardworking, lovable man. I remember last winte even after 34 yrs of marriage I went to get in the car, I looked down and he had written "I Love You" in the snow. Can't stand being without him!!

it\'s so hard to keep on going without our loved ones here with us. It\'s been a year for me and I am still having a hard time with the death of my beloved Jesse. So many day\'s I just want to give up, but I too keep on going for our children and for our beautiful grandkids. It\'s just so hard. I have not lived alone since I was 18 and like you and your husband Jesse and I did everything togehter.
It\'s so strange how your thoughts and mine are just about the same. Jesse and I struggled through our first couple of years trying to make ends meet, to buying our first home in our late 40\'s. We also had so many plans for our old age and now all those beautiful dreams we had are gone, never to come true. That\'s waht kills me inside..... I know that one day we will all be OK again, but we just have to go through the grief and sorrow first.
God Knows what he is doing even though we may not understand why he called our beloved husband\'s home and why death has to hurt so much. My prayers and love continue to go your way. I keep you always\'s in my prayer\'s.
God Bless you and keep you safe my friend. I continue to pray for strength for all of us going through these times. Love Always....Stella

Thanks so much for the uplift. I cannot imagine feeling like this for the rest of my life. Even though I know the hurt will be less it\'s the lonliness that I know will never go away. Thanks again. Love, Alice
