Update

Ok, so I went to get the ultrasound. It wasn't too bad, uncomfortable cuz of the full bladder and the intervaginal ultrasound, but overall ok. The poor people at the imaging clinic have no furnace right now though, so it was freezing in there. They get to close up early today, thankfully.
The lady's eyes went wide when I told her when my last cycle was. She didn't say anything during the ultrasound process, though, so I doubt there's any happy news to report. She said that my doctor should have the results within 5 business days. Hopefully, they have them by the end of the week, I'd really like to know if I have a cyst or not.
So, other than missing my only class today, nothing else has happened. I will let you ladies know the results once I get them!

P.S. A funny story from yesterday, we had heavy winds (with a big windchill) all day yesterday, and when walking with my classmate/friend M to the bus stop after class, we both had to have our heads down. Well, doesn't M walk headfirst into a low hanging bus sign! All I hear is BONG "eeeyooowww..." and then saw M back up two paces, turn slightly to the right and continue walking. M and I spent a good 10 minutes laughing so hard we woulda peed our pants if it wasn't so damn cold out there! M's fine, bit of a goose egg on her forehead, but she didn't hit it too hard.

The techs generally don\'t say anything especially if they see something abnormal. I hate to say I hope your results are abnormal, but it would explain some things! I hope he gets the results sooner than expected so you have some answers and a baby making plan!

I love the story about your friend! It\'s so hard not to laugh at stuff like that do I\'m glad she didn\'t really hurt herself.

OMG the story of \"M\" is funny. Sorry she has a goose egg, but funny.

And as far as your u/s, I almost wonder if they techs are prohibited from saying too much for liability reasons. They are not there to diagnose, etc., so the less said the better. I know that makes us uncomfortable but it kinda covers their heinies from getting into trouble. I\'m sure they have liability insurance and all that, but if they are working for a doc and they say that everything looks good and then the doc finds something wrong - that doc would be the huge AZZ. And vice versa - they could put ppl in an uproar very easily if they gave out the wrong info. Just hang in there, hopefully it won\'t take the full 5 days.
