Been a while since I\'ve been here also. I refused to acknowledge and accept the fact that I had fibro back in 2008 I now have accepted the fact I have fibro due to the increased side effects I am now dealin with. I also have athritis, PTSD and major depression and hypoglycemia that I have struggled with since 1996. Iif you count my undiagnosed years that I medicated myself with alcohol for pain and other illnesses, goes way back another 20 years, when I turned 21. I have always had problems s with weakness and low energy, even as a child.

Sending you loves and hugs. I do think stress has a lot to do with it they have not really found a reason why some people get it and some people don't. They have said that sometimes a Trumatic thing in your life can't start it. I have had many of those losing my mother and cancer losing a husband and a child being in an accident so I don't know, I know is I wish it go away praying you are doing better . I know I have gotten worse with age along with having Menieres and migraines it's one terrible day after another just want you to know I love you bunches, your friend Shirley

Thank you Sqarley!

Update. I have lost 20lbs. Some of it muscle mass. I gad neck fusion in 2012 and caused loss if shoulder and arm strength due to damaged shoulders durig the surgery.

I wasnt tokd about THAT possibility. Can't smell or taste much from danaged nerves from that surgery.

If I would gave been told everything, I woulf have chosen the alternate to fusion.

Leg Pain is less due to walkin on treadmill I invested in. As long as I don't overdo.

God bless all my friends Have a wonderful 2017! The year of Jubilee!
