There is a life pulse or flow of loving energy, that we share daily on this site, to provide each other with emotional nutrition, to help us conquer the issues that brought us to this place, at this time.
Humbly, I would say that we are our greatest healer. The very essence of your being is the spark of that energy.
I am confident that our direct communion with each other, will change our lives for the better. That sharing of energy, that life pulse and flow of love, is connecting us to a form of Spirituality that has the ability to heal. 
Faith and hope are the seeds of that energy. It will sprout and grow, as we heal and grow together.
