Oww!!

I was out for a nice walk downtown. I really enjoyed it. On the way home the walk light was going to change so I ran across the street. My boot caught in something and I tripped and fell really hard, scrapping my palm along the road and wrenching my bad shoulder. I'm typing this one handed because my other hand and shoulder hurt too much. It's hard to move that hand too much. I have gravel ground into my hand and it's bleeding. I can't get it all out no matter how much I clean it with water and peroxide.
