Took a day off. Taking the wife to the dr. today.  just routine.
Sun's out today and is supposed to get up in the 40's, that will be a relief.  Not much to report. Just about everything I eat still makes me nauseaous for a while. I am getting so I don't want to eat! Lost 75 lb now. am 3 months and 5 days out from surgery.
