Mother's Day

I stayed up late on Saturday night after DH went to bed just because I like to be a night owl sometimes. One little thing reminded me of the impending day and I bawled my eyes out. I had an ok day Sunday. I had already decided I wanted to go look at some jewelry options to memorialize our baby. We did a quick visit to our moms with flowers but DH had asked not to go big this year- we usually do a big brunch. We ran errands and then looked at jewelry. I hadn't been finding what I wanted all week online, etc but we stopped by Kay Jewelers. I posted a picture on my photos page. It's part of the open heart collection that I've always thought was beautiful. If you can't see the detail, there is a little heart inside the larger one. It is in sterling silver so it was not very expensive. I am very happy with it and it helped put a positive spin on the day to find what I wanted.
