Hello I am glad to be back, my insomnia is still severe, but i'm still breathing and hopeful, I believe in miracle's can happen. My insomnia is continually teaching me patience and how ironic that is, LOL because I've never had much patience, especially me being "slowed up". My body  now is  encountering episodes of muscle issue's because  of insomnia, I cut my toe open Thanksgiving from no sleep, lifting weights i badly pulled a muscle in my neck, excruciating pain, had to get a steroid shot in my neck, so to make a long story short, (which I'm not good at, sorry). Insomnia has caused loss of muscle, making lifting weights  very hard to injuring muscles, to accidents cutting my  toe open to pulling a arm muscle from lifting a heavy bag yesterday, I recently was put on heart medication because the flu gave me tachtecardia, I see my family physician for my arm and possibly bronchitis, this poor man wants to throw in the towel with me, sometimes he has such a dazed confused look when I am talking to him, I do feel bad for doctors at times when there dealing with me since the Insomnia, because sometimes with no sleep, things like conversing with others, typing or writing can be difficult, I'm for sure not trying to be a "Debbie Downer" to those with Insomnia, sleep issue's. I'm back on this site because I desperately need it, I almost cried three times today and I refuse to give in to it, no one understands insomnia better than an insomniac, so glad to be back, and never give up there's always something to fight for or someone who needs you
