what the...?
At the beginning of the week i started eating a pint of grape tomatos in a day; 2 dollars a pint mixed with a dollar can of chile. Tomatoes are healthy, and i dont know about moderation; days later I felt sick, and worried if it was over doing the tomatoes to blame. Yesterday in health book i even found that its common to be allergic to tomatoes.
Thursday coughing, got worse Friday, so I went back to popping aspirin, after stopping that for months. This morning I somehow decided to look up my last year diary for May----and sure enough, i was sick back then, though with different symptoms.
"all" i have is a simple allergy; strikes real bad in may and then ok during summer? I don't remember feeling like this when i was younger. It pays to keep a diary; wish I had one in my teens.
Friday June 5 for colon cancer test----with me hoping my lungs will sound ok for any pre-exam. Gonna be popping lots of aspirin and benydrels, and buy cough medicine to feel ok on Friday.
Yesterday I held down my poor cat to give him a haircut till he escaped from me, threw away some material he shedded on, and this morning threw away a pint of tomatoes, wondering what was causing my hacking. Was also wondering about dust mites, having donated blood a week ago, a friend's broncitus months ago, and a mouthful of dirt a month ago when a strong wind blew it into my face.
But, at least now I know, and can shrug off feeling sick.

I have an IRL friend who can\'t touch tomato products. So unfortunately it COULD be the tomatoes! BUMMER!
Dust not help either. Tree pollen in may perhaps?
Me right now making embarassing noises while seated at library computer, with a person seated nearby sneezing twice, and somebody else coughing. The library computer tables even have a bottle of hand sanitizer on them.
After library, gonna stop in nearby gas station for unhealthy cheeze danish; cant eat any fruit/vegtables with peels on them anyhow for the days leading up to colon test.
the new town i live in has lots of abandoned buildings with weeds going up to second floors, like some mayan jungle ruins, with mountains all around this town.
looking at least year\'s diary, i found out i lost ten pounds in ten days at this time, so for good or bad that\'s not going on now.
I have discovered after many moons of denial that wheat products are not good for me. I am calling myself a recovering pastaholic now!
I used to eat pasta more times per week than I am willing to admit.
Than goodness I have found some rice pasta I like and I can still e at tomatoes! So you have the Danish and I will have rice pasta with tomato sauce! LOL.
hi, TroJanThunder.
yesterday where i live i passed a tenant who has lots of allergies, with him saying he was allergic to tomatoes when he was a kid.
eating tomatoes supposedly good against sunburn, and i was popping a lot of...garlic!...pills, so those two \"good\' things probably did make me sick.
it\'s been a week since i\'ve had any bread at home? I sometimes went through a whole loaf in a day and half, with me dipping bread into salaed dressing as a supposed healthy snack.
today zero to eat for tomorrow colon cancer test; i\'ve gone days without food to try to lose weight, but now that i\'m forced to go a whole day without food, i suddently want food.
I have found garlic pills make me sick too! And raw garlic? NEVER!
As I get older I am finding more and more things bother my digestion.
Right now beans and rice are one of my go to meals.
Also omlettes.
It is discouraging.
A few years back it was said canola oil was best for us. Read an article yesterday saying how it keeps people fat!
So butter and olive oil are my only fats now.
yeah, up and down with eggs for me, with one article of them being good and another of being bad.
i used to pour olive oil into everything i ate---till i read an article of how its the vegtables with olive oil that\'s healthy, with olive oil not that healthy.
Well whatever gets em down!
