I had a great day at the clinic yesterday. I like going there as I am free to express how I feel in a safe environment. It was a long day though as I got there about 8:30 and left at about 21:30. I might sign up for the nine session Assertiveness course.
I got a sick note valid until 14 September. I’ll drop it off today and see how my boss responds.
I used to think that I didn’t care what people think of me but realise that I really do. Too much probably and I saw myself trying to “mind read” a couple people.
I didn’t drink. I didn’t worry about the drivers behind me.
