this has been a truly rough week for me. i am trying to stay positive...but it is truly hard. my husband is not well..and it hurts so much to see him in so much pain. he's been very depressed lately...more so than i have ever seen. after our umpteenth fight this week and trey cooling off on our roof terrace..trey just broke down. we had a long talk and he knows he's spiraling down. he is waking up to what he is doing to me, to us, and to himself. he wants me to call his psychologist tomorrow and discuss what he should do. he thinks he needs to be hospitalized again. maybe it would be for the best. this would be the first time since we were married that this possible hospitalization has happened. it wont be easy for me and it will be extremely hard. but hopefully, ultimately, it will be for the best.btw...the song that helped me this morning was sia's breathe me. music helps me so much..and this song has such a connection to me. youmight remember it as being the final song in the six feetĀ under finale. this episode occured a couple of week after my bf of over 11yrs died. it always makes me so emotional.anywho..time to start my day at work. put on a happy face..and do what i got to do. talk to you all later.
