Not a whole lot has changed with my DVT in the last 2 months. I had hoped I would be done with coumadin, but that isn't the case. The ultrasound I had showed that my DVT wasn't really changed from the original ultrasound when I was admitted to the ER. They are now saying I will probably be a "lifer" since I have Factor V Leiden and post thrombatic syndrome. But, I am not resigning myself to this fate, because I know that God can do amazing and wonderful things. I am praying that he would use the Spirit to smooth out the scarring inside my veins so that the blood would be able to flow freely throughout my body without any "roadblocks." My husband and I are considering another baby...maybe soon. He is 36 and doesn't want to be in a walker alongside the baby...ha ha. I'm excited at the thought of more children. I am so thankful for what God has given me.

Good for you. Hope you are blessed with another baby soon.
I also have a large clot in my leg. Mine swells and I cannot even get on my shoes. I would love it if we could support each other and I know God will take care of all
Even if the clot isn\'t completely gone, I don\'t see why they\'re making you stay on for life. Although if you are getting pregnant soon (I hope!), you\'ll be on Lovenox or a sister drug anyway through the pregnancy. If it\'s not one thing, it\'s another!
Hope you\'re doing well and Happy New Year!
