Well its been a few weeks since I was last on but iv not been me and I don't know how to control my alters I really wish I could becoz I'm completely off the scale 

My thoughts of suicide and self harm are much stronger now from a few Weeks Ago I think that is becoz my dad is dying and I'm scared
