So, I think church last night was really good for me, but I am still feeling very heavy about what went on in my session on Tuesday. Tomorrow, I go for my 2nd Celebrate Recovery meeting... hopefully, that will help.

Ahhh, yes. Healing is painful. Remember that gash on your knee that hurt as the scar pulled the tissues closer together to MEND it?
