Hi everyone....I went to church last night, and although it was awesome (as always).... I got very emotional, and could not stop crying. I think that although I am excited about this move to Arkansas... the reality of leaving good friends is creeping up on me, and last night I just couldn't hold in the emotion anymore. As a result of last night.... today, I am feeling very drained. Not feeling bad.... just drained, and still a little sad.

I know that is what it is. Any time we leave somthing fimiliar it is really scary
It is always an emotional time for us when we are making changes in our own lives. The unknown, the unpredictable, the excitement of the new to come, is going to make us \"feel\" things that are not familiar to us. Sometimes the only way for us to express ourselves is through crying. I feel so good when I have a good cry. It is a cleansing process. Just be grateful that you are able to \"feel\" and express yourself. The feeling of being drained is also a feeling of being lighter. Like a weight has been lifted. The friends we make during our lives are truely a gift. We should treasure them and take them with us in our hearts wherever we go. With each relationship we learn, grow and become more connected to ourselves. You are truely an amazing woman and you will be fine!!! It is okay to be sad, this is a chapter of your life that is coming to an end. You also have a new chapter to write. God has many things planned for you. He will sustain you and keep you. Although we may not \"know\" we do know one who does \"KNOW.......
