hello again.... well, it's Friday again. i'm going to my counseling appt this afternoon. gonna talk to her about my new goal. (sigh) i have a feeling that it's going to be a heavy one.... but that's ok. all a part of the healing process, right? anyways, that's all for now. i will update you when i get home.
