not sure what i am feeling right now.... had my appt., and it was good, but now that i'm home, and everything is sinking in, i don't know how to react or feel. i guess this is just what happens. it'll be okay, i know, i'm just having a hard time tonight.

Sometimes counseling takes away the cloud in front of our eyes and makes us face what we do not wish to see... It will be okay, and you are a strong woman. Some days just bite us in the ass and won\'t let go with their fangs.. I am here for ya hun.. And tomorrow is a new day and all that!!! :-)
It will take time to work through it. Just remember that every appointment you have the better you will get. Luff ya Schmoopsey pooh!
