Just a quick notation today,.. Work last night was Hell, the manager was a Total Jerk I will go into it more later, we were there till 330 am and I had to be at the store I ran this morning at 730,That went Ok, Better then I thought since they forgot to get me a Router, I had to do everything by Memory stick and Manually get people clocked in and out, I did it though.I go back in just a few hours to another Roussie I hope JERK is not a management requirement there and We will have a better time tonight, we shall see.I need rest no time to make a proper journal or go through anything here, I hate Doubles on Sunday and Early Backroom Times, but work will Never Listen to me they don't CARE one I=Oda about ME they just want THEM taken care of and I guess that will NEVER change.. That\'s funny Michael and so true. Doesn\'t it seem like more and more less qualified people are in management positions. It does seem like JERK and imcompetant are requirements.
Reading your journal makes me furious. I was in management for the last twenty years, and NEVER did I treat people like that. Scottsmom is correct...they are putting people in positions of management that do not belong there. In some states it illegal to make people double back for a shift with out an 8 hour period inbetween. You have to treat people with kindness, empowerment, consideration, and so on. That\'s why we have such sucky service in today world. I now own my own business so I extend this to all of my co workers. I wish you the best and so sorry for your loss.
Gosh! :) Thanks folks, Yes last night went Better, still had a Minor Glitch at the end but it was much better the manager treated us as human beings atleast, that first one treated me Like a Lower Life Form and that I was Hired Help, I have seen places that are snobby, one day I overheard they didn\'t hire a person cause they were not snobby and would not measure up to them, I think that\'s awful but probably good that lady didn\'t get the job there, would be happier elsewhere..
