Happy Sunday, to all  Things have been going pretty good around here. I had made it to all my appointment have no more that I need to go to at the present time.   I went out with my new girlfriend whom lives right next door to be, it was nice going out with a friend again. I normally like to be by myself so I think I’m coming tout of my shell a little.   Since I last wrote I have seen my HIV doc. My CD4 went down to 753 and my Viral load had gone down to just a little over 2,000 I was happy to hear about my Viral load because it had gone down 10,000 over the last 3 months. My HIV doc said that I don’t need to see him for six months unless I get a fever or really sick. I have been doing well about my HIV I think I came to terms with it. I have not been feeling depressed or crying over this of about 3 months now. My worker that I have from the AIDS project gave me a list of support groups, I think I am ready to go out in the community and meet others like me in support group. So that is my plan to get up a little earlier tomorrow and call places.  For my Apnea I did get a different mask it feels a lot better and I wear it more then I have in the past month. When I seen my sleep Apnea Doc. See had told me that during my test I had stopped breathing almost 40 times a hour. I’m going to try to make sure I use my CPAP machine more now. I don’t need to see her for another year.  For my knee I think maybe the shot they gave me are working a little, still have about a month to see if it will work totally I’m not in has much pain as before I can walk somewhat better.  I guess I will relax the rest of the night, I had cleaned house all day it is so quite in here, I have candles burning and it feels good having it nice and quite. My son should be home soon I have not seen him all weekend and when he comes home the noise will start again.  I hope everyone is doing well and had a great weekend  Love Mary
