Oh man what a busy last week I had with work and appointments. I told you guys that I went to the sleep doctor and they wanted to do a sleep study on me. I did that Sunday night what a night it was. They did give my ambien to help me sleep it worked for awhile then they would wake you up and said lay on your back now or walk in and hook you up to a cpack or what ever that machine is. I did not get much sleep at all I was going to go to work the next morning I had to call in I could not stay awake. Well, I have sleep apnea so I get to sleep with a mask on me every time I sleep or take a nap. I need to go back to the sleep doc in 4 weeks to see how things are going.  I did end up going to my knee doc, he re did an ex ray of my knees. He told me that I have bad arthritis and bone on bone in my right knee. He is going to give me these shots to build cartilage in my knee. It starts with a V I can not say the word let alone spell it.   Friday I went to my 25 high school class reunion, it was really nice to see people that I have not seen in a long time. Unbelievable how people change!Saturday, I had a eye doctor appointment and get this before I went to the doc I called my insurance company to see if it was In my network one person said no another said yes, so after driving 30 min to the eye clinic they told me know. I tell you I was pissed. My son did get to have his eyes check though he has a different insurance company. So I called My Insurance Company and ask where I could go they told me Wal-Mart or Vision world so I made my I appointment for this Friday. And in two weeks I will go to my dentist I need my teeth cleaned.  Next week I will have my blood drawn again and in two weeks I will see where my counts are at. I tell you 3 months sure do go by fast. Also next month will be a year for me with HIV.  I think after I have my next two shots in my knee, do my follow up with the sleep doc the eye doc & the dentist I will be good to go until I need to have my blood taken again.   Why so many doctors, just glad I don’t need a knee replacement yet, I’m to young  Everyone there was a friend on mine on here, her name was Tinas. She was one of my first friends and was always there for me. I would like it if everyone could please pray for her family. They lost Tinas a week ago
