So sense I wrote my last journal, the IEP meeting went very well, my son still has some things he needs to do good in but the teachers say he has grown so much over the summer and not in height…..lol.  So after that I took my son to get his first check. Well let me tell you he was sad and I know he was by the look on his face. He told me that he was fired, I said no your not your kidding, because he like to kid around. He said that his boss said he does not have enough skills. So let me ask you guys, how does someone get skills by learning right? So then my son only work 4 days 12 hours total, out of that 12 hours he was trained for about 3 hours. Mind you he is 15 and this is his first job, of course he has no skills but that is were his work should train him on his job so he can learn and get the skill. Not just 3 hours.So anyway I did not believe my son, so I went into his work and ask his boss what went wrong. He said that John is a very good kid but does not have the skills. I said to this person, you train him for 3 hour how is he to get skills. I said what ever and left. He is not a good manager, he needs to go to manager training like I did and he might learn something. First off you don’t let someone go after 12 hours because they have only 3 hours of training. You work them to make them a better employee. If I did that to all the kids that come into my place and I fire them because they have no skills witch they don’t. I would not have anyone working for me. And I would not have a job. The people I hire get their training then I watch them and work with them to improve there skills and I tell you I have made a few of my kids the best worker I have seen. John said that he is not upset but he does not want to work again, I said that is ok, your 15 and you need to work on school anyway. But when he turns 16 and wants to get a job that will be ok. I also explain to John that it was not his fault about the job, that it was the fault of the manager.Anyway, I need to get this off my chest it bothered me. I know it also bothers my son.Well now he has $77.00 I think he is going to blow on his girlfriend.
