Ok, I went to bed at 10:13pm, here I am up for the thrird time. It is 2:14am now. I had taken a whole ambein. I getting very, very tired of this, I want to sleep so bad. Maybe just one night out for 8 hours.

Well, I guess I'm off to bed again, If I can sleep guess I will head into work earlier then.

I was hoping the sun whould not have to come up this morning, so I could be in bed and enjoy the dark, that would be sleeping. But the sun is up, I might shoot it down...........Right..........So off tp work I go.

Oh honey, I sure hope you are able to get some sleep, good, uninterupted, sound sleep. A few things I do that really, really help to promote good sleep are to drink a cup of SleepyTime tea about 1 hour before bed and take an herbal remedy I get at GNC called \"Calm-U-Nat\" or another one called \"Calms Forte.\" They both work equally well and are the same price, about $7 for 100 pills. I take 3 of them if I am trying to get some sleep and 1 if I just need something to help calm me. Essential oil of Lavender is wonderful on the temples, under the nose and on the forehead for promoting peace too. I hope you find some relief and are able to get some sleep, it is imperative for a healthy immune system. BE WELL.

Thanks for your comment, I copied this so when I have a day off on Tuesday I can get to the Mall and loof for this, Because my slipping pills are not working.

You might also want to look into some physical exercise like yoga too ... it helps to calm the mind (and God knows your mind is probably raging right now) and the body. You can use it to tone up or just to relax depending on the circumstances. I\'ve also used Reiki to help calm me down and will continue to explore that avenue for the future.
