Well, lets see where do I start. I was born in St. Paul Minnesota in March of 64. I have 2 brothers that are older then me. My mother is 100% Italian; my father is 100% German. We also had my fathers mother (my grandmother) living with us, which I had to share a bedroom with until we put her in a nursing home, in 1981 or 1982, and that is were she passed away. I love this lady so. (I miss and love you). When I was growing up my father was a drunk, and a security guard in a bank. My mother, work at a sewing company. My brothers and I had paper routs for many years (which I hated) but my dad would never let us get rid of them. My mother was very loving and caring. She would get up ever morning at 3am get ready for work; walk 6 blocks every morning to get our papers for us so we could deliver them. Then she would get us ready for school, and even help a lot to deliver the papers. (She was a sweet lady) then she would walk about a mile to work everyday, and walked back. She never drove I dont know why. My mother never had a drink either. My mother never hurt any one of us, but for my father, he never like women (I wish I new way) he would always ground me, beat me and whipped with a belt every night in the basement at midnight when he got home from work. At time he would get on my mother but not as much as he did me. When my mother left and went in the hospital for a nerves break down, she never came back, my parent then got you know (the D word). After that my dad never hurt me again, but would start on his mother whom slept in my room. I could never do anything to help, because I didnt want to get it. (Grand mother Im sorry very sorry). I think I need to end now, this is getting to me and I know I need to say all these things to help with my anger and depression. Will write soon.

Sometimes I allow myself to revisit those painful places in my life. It\'s very hard and takes a lot of energy to go there. BE patient with yourself and hopefully you can find a way to use your experiences to grow spiritually, and perhaps help others come to terms with their pain. BE WELL.
