Disappointed
Last week I talked about trying to be ambitious and all that. I didn't walk the walk. I might have an idea of what is going on but my energy level is so low. I haven't been working at all...I'm feeling a combination of deenergized, gloomy, depressed, etc. I've actually been sleeping okay. Except WAY to long and when I wake up it's not like I'm energized. I've been sleeping 12-14 hours a night and I don't feel refreshed or full of energy. I think I might have vitamin D deficiency. It's winter time so not as much sunlight reaches the earth as is and the fact that I haven't been going outside(horrible inversion air, rain/snow, and cold) I think is exactly what's going on. I'm not going to get to down or low though because that won't fix anything. I'm just going to give me a short list of things to do and next week I'll evaluate and see if they're working and/or make improvements. 1. Start taking a multivitamin, especially vitamin D. 2. Set an alarm clock. 3. Make my workout schedule and identify a specific time that I'm going to do.
