Probation officer came to our house today. I really like this guy and, fortunately, so does my son. T was very up front with him and honest. The PO said that he can tell that my son is a really good kid - with a drug problem. I had it in my head that my son would be sent to drug court but he's not eligible because of a number of reasons....one being that he has too many charges. He might not be eligible for the other program either. Don't know what will happen......

Is rehab the only option open then?
I don\'t know. I am disappointed about drug court because now I know he can do it with support. His record would have been expunged too.
Hmmm, one of those good news bad news days. I only know enough to think that he can get the record expunged -- eventually but you will have to pay. It\'s good he can stay clean at home and is coping; this is a very positive start! Hang in there!!!!
