HE TESTED POSITIVE FOR HEROIN. HE'S HOME AND FREELY ADMITTED TO USING IT. GUESS THAT IS A CRY FOR HELP. NOW, AT LEAST, WE WILL BE GETTING MORE HELP FROM THE COURTS. THE MAGISTRATE AT THE DETENTION CENTER WAS SO STRAIGHT FORWARD, KIND, COMPASSIONATE, AND WONDERFUL TO US AND OUR SON. IT MADE ME CRY. SHE IS A VERY SPECIAL LADY.........

my mom always says it\'s a cry for help. it\'s not. and for some reason it makes me really mad when she says that. im sorry about ur son. i really am. but it sounds like i\'m on the other end of what you\'re going through, and vise versa.. we can talk if u want..

I don\'t know if it a cry for help or that he just doesn\'t care? Al least knowing about the use puts some of his behavior in context......it\'s good that you were able to take action (police called) and that there was a response that helped to lay the issues out in the open.....I am hoping that he gets treatment sooner and that it makes a difference. Try to get some rest!!!!!!!!!

Just be prepared for a long battle. Admitting use isn\'t necessarily a cry for help, but I pray that your son isn\'t the \"norm\" & that he IS, indeed, ready for help. Has he given you any information about how long or how much he\'s been using?
