Talked to the case worker that is connected to drug court.  T was introduced to this fellow by me back in the fall.  I set up a meeting at the high school (neutral territory) to see if this guy could convince T to agree to be a part of drug court.  He had no interest at the time....walked out and swore at me in front of him.  Now, however, T is much more interested.  The case worker was pleasantly surprised and asked me why the change of mind.  I told him that he did 4 days in rehab and doesn't want that.  I don't even know what the judge will agree to or whether he's eligible (due his charges) but it's looking good...I think.  He never called me back, like he said he would so I don't know yet.  We're suppose to meet with him before the trial.  I am happy things are starting to happen!
