I know this journal of mine is getting very old.  It's the same thing day in and day out.  Nothing bad has happened (which is great) but now we are almost two weeks away from the trial date.  This is only another pretrial.  Not sure what to expect.  T refuses to call his lawyer.  He told us yesterday he would do it today but he never came home from school.  He has a half day (ends at 11 AM) and here it's after 9pm and no sign of him.  It figures!  He's been doing so well, too.  With the exception of Saturday night (rolled in at 2AM) he's been coming home before or at curfew time and he's been coming home for dinner every night!!  And now this!   He was assessed and inpatient rehab was recommended.  Now it's been nearly two months since he was last "tested" and we have seen some improvement.  Even though he pulls fast ones like this every now and then it isn't as bad as it's been.  I wonder if outpatient would work?  He is so resistant to inpatient that I think it would be a waste.  not sure
