T came home really late again but this time, I didn't wake up when he got home.  I know it was well past curfew because I was still up.  Two nights in a row, I didn't bother calling the police.  Nothing happens anyway - by that I mean....the police don't do anything and really can't.  If they saw him, they would pick him up but he is very sly knowing that they will do so. I hope things work out financially for us.  T enters rehab on Friday and we will have to have the full payment by then.  The insurance will need to be sorted out and, hopefully, we will get some money to pay for the rest if we can get the courts to order treatment by providing the proper documents.  $14,000 is a lot for only 45 days!  The drug counselor said that the insurance companies are extremely picky and so the rehab center has to report to them on a weekly basis to determine if our son is still eligible.  Initially, I thought - because our insurance covers 30 days that it was a slam dunk.  Not so.  In fact, two days before our son enters we have to drive back to the rehab center to do some more paperwork, and during that time the center is supposed to call the insurance company to get an approval.  The counselor told me that sometimes the insurance company will not even give an answer right away.  Great.  Just keeping the fingers crossed because pretty soon we will be having to fork over college payments.  Our middle guy is planning to go back to school in January, too.  So....just hoping all works out.On a lighter note we went out last night with my husband's tennis friends and their spouses.  Went to out to dinner and also saw the comedian Sinbad.  He was AWESOME!  Very talented.  It was a great diversion.  And tonight we go out with our soccer team mates to a Japanese restaurant.  We have a party room and with dinner we will be exchanging small soccer gifts.  It should be fun, too.
