T-Man didn't come home last night.  I couldn't sleep -called police at 2:30AM, went to bed at 3, woke up at 7 to hear him coming in.  We have an appointment today at the rehab center for a second interview to see if he will "fit into the program" because of their fear that he will be a flight risk and (even though they didn't say this - because of the attitude he had at the last meeting with them).  When T came home my husband and I talked to him telling him the we were not pleased (duh) about him not coming home.  Of course he had every excuse in the book.  We didn't raise our voices but he ended up crying.  I asked him why he was crying and he said it was because he didn't want to go away.  He also indicated that he knew it was for the best (I cannot believe he said that!) but he still didn't want to go away.  I told him that if he cooperated and stayed with the program, he will never have to go back.  45 days isn't that long.  If only he knew what we were (and still may) considering sending him away for a year.......  Wow.  I am so glad he's home.  If he didn't show up he would have either had to go to some kind of lock down facility or to the other place we've been considering....... Oh............our Thanksgiving Day........was great!   Everything was so NORMAL!!!   It was just us....my husband and 3 boys and it was as if nothing awful was going on.  We talked, we laughed, and ate.  It was wonderful having our oldest son home, too.  He has such a great dispostion and has an infectious laughter.  It felt warm.  It felt wonderful..........  I am so thankful for that day...........
