Had the pretrial hearing.  Judge gave T the choice between detention or inpatient rehab.  He chose rehab.  Unfortunately, the place he chose may not accept him because of his risk of flight.  They told my husband that they need time to review.  They don't even have any beds available anyway.  Confused.  Would, ideally, like to send him to the long term residential program.  Not sure of anything right now.  Just exhausted.
