The court arraignment went well, I guess. It was quick and painless and it's reassuring that "we" have an awesome court appointed lawyer. Nothing was ordered, no house arrest. The next court date isn't unitl November 20th!!!! It makes cry.......all the wonderful people there are out there who've been so supportive and helpful. I know I wrote a journal back a while ago listing all of the blessings I have in my life, including all the people who I'm grateful for...so every now and then (should it do more) I think it's important to focus on that. I am in awe. Like our friend who helped our second born, J, today in court. He will not take any $ (we will pay him anyway) because he did an awesome job. Anyway -- for journaling purposes to keep a record of T. Last night he came home around 2 AM, on Halloween. Making phone calls --no less-- after walking in the door. Went to school but left. I didn't get a call from the school but his instant message and evidence here at home tells me that he's not in school. Boarding school for teens with "issues" is looking better and better.........J is now home. Dropped out of his college. Time to reevaluate and make some decisions. Found out that he isn't taking his meds anymore and says he doesn't need it. Is still smoking pot even after his devastating arrest. He told me that he continued after the arrest because he could. Now that he'll be tested, he wont'. I hope so........

Hmm just before thanksgiving.. I hope you will have something good to be thankful for!!!
Pot (imprecise dosage) or prescription (more precise dosage) , hmmmm, why is it that teens choose pot every time? Denial of disorder, feeling better don\'t need RX, fitting in with friends after being an outsider for so long, works better
.......? Seriously, I know enough people that use and find it regulates mood with fewer side effects than what they can get legally - I wonder if it isn\'t worth evaluating as a clinical treatment?!
