Well.........I thought he was going  to school and then.....he remembered he isn't because going to go after all because yesterday I made him mad.  I tried to listen on his conversation and, in general, have not been very nice to his friends on the phone.  I asked him how does he expect me to behave when a guy calls (sounding like he's from the ghetto).  Silly me..........it doesn't matter what the heck he's mad at me for.......it's unreasonable, irrational, and an excuse to do the bad choices he makes.  Why do I consistantly let him manipulate me?  He is constantly trying to find SOMETHING so that the next bad decision he makes is justified.  Although I am fully aware of these behaviors.....I am still trying to get him to listen.  Guess the courts will have to do that.  If you only knew my son.  He still is likable to many around him.  The assistant principal (I can tell) likes my son..............  I am finding it a bit difficult myself to like him these days.

Using the phone is a privilege. Do you want to forewarn callers that he is under close supervision - including calls given his recent behavior. Hence, screen calls, caller ID, police and court involvement. It\'s kind of out there as an idea but, they may not want to deal (no pun intended) with someone who is being closely monitored: there are easier pickings elsewhere (low hanging fruit)......Sure he\'s likable to others; they aren\'t pressing him in the same way you are!
