I  wish I could swear!  I doubt it would help anyway.  Well ......I know I should be happy.  Depending on you look at it -- I suppose.  But I am not happy at all.  I know for sure my son is doing drugs and drinking but the hair test turned up NOTHING!  We were all shocked, including the detective.  My son has not had a history of getting into trouble until this past year --mainly summer-- until now.  His instant messages are all about doing drugs, his behavior has been horrible, and he gets into trouble very frequently now.  I've been pushing for drug court and now.....who knows?  The detective said that even when kids test negative....some have been known to be accepted into drug court anyway.  He told me to tell my son that the test was positive and that he is required to go  to the assessment that is scheduled for tomorrow.  Not sure if he will.  Also....to be in drug court and to have some success......I've been told that he would need to cooperate.  So far he hasn't with anything.   So that is where we are at now......
