It's a town joke here that when someone has a small traffic violation, expired plates - minor "offenses"...it takes two cop cars to pull him/her over.  But.....when you really need a cop and have questions and trust they can help you....forget it.  I swear we have the keystone cops in our town. Very frustrating. The juvenile detective seems to have things on the ball but he's out of town for a week without back up.  I need some questions answered and when I called the station.....duh.... Sorry ...you have to wait until Monday afternoon!  I did call his phone and left two voice mail messages because his message says he will call back.  Yeah....right.  Our son is truly in trouble and although I called the detective to find out my son's drug test results.....I already know.  I just need it so that my son can be assessed.  I also need to find out what to do if my son refuses to go for an assessment.  Although he's been saying all along that he would go by court order....the way he's been acting lately I highly doubt it.  He's out of control.   Fortunately, "our" drug counselor did say that she would try and call the detective herself tomorrow if my son doesn't show.  I need to know what will happen if he doesn't.  I probably should call and report unruliness.  There was no confrontation....just defiance.  I told him he needed to stay home a bit and he looked at me straight in the eye and left.  Then he came home and grabbed some pizza out of the frig, ate some, and when he left threw some in the driveway for some reason.  I am not provoking him....I'm calm .....and yet I sense an extreme anger....from the drugs.  He's not my boy. I know once we get help I will feel better and not be so focused on this.  Until then...bear with me! Thank you for your support.
