Well......we did again! This time our second born (recently turned 18) hosted a fund raising party here at our house. We've had other fund raising events at here run by our oldest, but this is the 2nd one for this guy. The money is going toward Walk for Life --cancer research. We had over 200 kids over the course of the night and they raised over $750.00! The kids were great...thanking us profusely for having it. Admittedly, we had reservations about having it for a number of reasons. Some for obvious reasons, but the two main ones were the name of the event RAVE FOR THE CURE and the fact it was on 4/20. In addition, the principal knew we were having under the RAVE name and told the kids he wouldn't support it at the school and wouldn't let them hang posters. Jerk. All he had to do was ask or tell them to change the name. Whatever. Anyway, how naive am I? Guess I'm not "hip" or wasn't hip. I never paid attention to RAVE and didn't learn what it was until I heard about the principal's reaction. It doesn't matter ....all that matters is the kids did a good thing and fun in the process! Glad it's over though. **I was bummed I had to miss my soccer game tonight....oh well.......

Great day! That\'s wonderful! In fact, amazing!
Please do me a favor and explain the \"420.\" It is the second time I have seen it. At first I thought it was just the date. Now, I wonder.
