Any one out there taking Concerta? My computer or the site isn't allowing me to post anything on the community/discussion boards. If someone could post this question under ADHD/ADD who's in this community, I would appreciate it.
One of my sons, who is taking Concerta, picks his face....an obsession. Normally, he has a very clear complexion. He seems to create blemishes and is constantly in the bathroom "treating" his face with all kinds of acne mediation. I know that skin picking can be a side effect of Concerta, however he only does it after a stressful "event". Doctor said at next appointment, he will probably have my son stop taking it and try something else. Perhaps the Concerta brings it on the picking? I have noticed he isn't doing it lately because he's on break from school, but then again....he isn't under any pressure. Has anyone else experienced this?

My son is on Concerta and he doesn\'t pick his face at all. How many mg is he on? My son\'s problem is he doesn\'t sleep well and he has a poor appetite. I\'ve never even heard of this picking thing.
