Not Again!

As I said in my last journal, the wound care doc told me Monday that my leg was "cured".  And I said, it still looked raw.  I guess I was right.  Had to go to the E.R. this afternoon because the leg hurt and was weeping.  I've got another staph infection.  Told the E.R. doc about the wc doc and how she had me put on support hose.  E.R. doc said it never should have happened and not to use them until the leg is completely healed.  He prescribed an antibiotic and a pain pill(Bless him for the pain pill.).  I've got an appointment with my primary doc Monday and one with the w.c. doc a week later.  I was supposed to get a blood test Monday for my warfarin but the e.r. doc said I should delay it because of the new meds.  I'm so tired of the weeping and pain!  How long will it take to get the leg well?  To end this on a positive note.  I had to use an electric cart to grocery shop again.  As I got to my car, a woman asked if she could help me.  The grocery store didn't send anybody with me.  So she handed me the bags to put in the car, then drove the cart back to the store.  I left the parking lot with a big smile on my face.

It, love, truly does make all the difference in our materialistic, over-sexed world. I\'m glad you had the love given to you to make you smile.

I hope somehow you can get back to your goal of walking to help with circulation and such.

Gentle ((hugs)) of healing shared.
:-) Patricia
