Day 5

Why am I counting the days of feeling lousy?  Day 5.  Well, I did get a better night's sleep last night.  That's encouraging.  But, the symptoms are still here,,,queezy stomach,,,weakness,,,fatigue,,lack of appetite.  More bouts of dizziness and a bad down feeling have been added.  T.V. is getting more boring than usual.  Even a college football game can't hold my interest.  Went to bed early last night while watching one.  Can't figure out what's wrong.  I've gone over what I've been eating and there's nothing new.  Kit is helping.  He's spending more time in my lap sleeping and his antics playing with his toys are a joy to watch.  We're getting closer.  Its more me getting closer to him than him to me.  He's attached himself to me like super glue.  At least I have him.

You are missing Foxy it would seem? Grieving needs to be expressed over time as the two of you were family as close as any family could be.

Be very gentle with yourself. Over time the pain of the loss will begin to mix in with all the joy and love the two of you shared and you will begin to heal. Give it time as only time can bring healing.

Gentle ((hugs)) shared.
