Well, I did it! I did it! And I'm sorry I did! I'm always sorry when I do it. I went out and bought a brand new electric shaver and shaved. My WHOLE face! Once or twice a year, I get a hair up my butt and shave. Whether it's a full beard, goatee, or mustach, I shave all or part of it. And just as soon as I see the results(the goatee especially), I realize why I grew it in the first place. I can't stand my bare face. Beards cover a mutiple of sins. Everybody says I look younger without the facial hair and maybe I do, but I'd rather look older and good than younger and ugly. It's always tough getting back to shaving. The skin's sensitive from lack of attention. With a beard, I use a dusposable razor and no shaving cream. It's seems to be too much of a bother for such a small area and it takes less time without the cream. Just scrape-scrape and it's done. It's been off a couple of days now and Foxy can't get used to it. She just stares at me and when she gets up close, she licks where the beard has been. It's totally foreign to her. But, she doesn't need to worry. I'll quit shaving in a couple of weeks and eventually, I'll get back to "normal". You can see the "mug" in my photo section. Don't look too close. It's scarey.
